We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BTA Shop. If you are not happy with your product, here’s our return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support at [customer support email] to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Pack the item securely and attach the label.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, follow the same return process and specify that you want an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@bta-shops.com with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
